I'm an Asheville transplant from NYC and Indiana. I've been here 6 years and moved from Product Ops in Tech to leading groups and individuals through transitions, interpersonal dynamics, and self discovery as a coach and workshop facilitator. I also guide breathwork as part of my work and am a committed practitioner. You will typically find me on a walk in West Asheville, volunteering at Emberlight, working out at Madabolic or South Slope pilates or on a plane to somewhere warm!
