Our mission is to provide a space for ambitious female entrepreneurs to be seen, supported, and validated in their experiences as entrepreneurs and as people
Ambire Collective was founded by Ashley Sterken and Rachel Africh. Two women who met inside this community, built a friendship, and turned it into a co-foundership.

Ambire Collective starts as a community because community is fundamental.
But ambitious female entrepreneurs need more than a place to connect; they need an entire infrastructure built around them.
A world where a woman launching her first business has a mentor who's already been through it.
Where the stories being told about entrepreneurship actually sound like hers because the media amplifying them was built by women too
Where the opportunities aren't gatekept by rooms she was never invited into.
Where the resources, the education, the visibility, the capital, and the community all exist in the same place, built by women who understand what's been missing because they've lived without it.
The current entrepreneurial landscape wasn't built with women like us in mind. We're building the next one around you.
