I am a full time artist living in a very small town in WNC. I preserve wedding bouquets in a studio in my basement where I can hear my cats calling for me and my husband saving (mental) lives.
We also just hit a year of our record store in Canton, NC and I just started a non-dairy frozen dessert out of a freezer in the back of the shop. Come visit Papertown Records and have a lil sweet treat from Papertown Scoops.
Aside from running all these businesses, we are very intentional with our community and friendships and spend most of our free time volunteering with Canton or running off on adventures with friends. We moved to this area for a better life and have definitely accomplished that through hiking, river dips, and surrounding ourselves with the most wonderful people.
