For more than fifteen years, I've worked in national nonprofits, state government, and now consulting, and the throughline was always the same: building the operating systems that let mission-driven people do their best work without burning out. I've spent my career focused on making economic mobility available to all, mostly through K-12 education and the organizations closest to it. Today, I partner with nonprofits to replace exhaustion with sustainability by redesigning how work gets done through Rebecca Shah Consulting and the Mission Delivery Network. I'm an integrator by nature and training, a certified Project Management Professional, a wife and mom to two beautiful humans and our dog, a reader, and a learner deeply curious about what motivates each of us.
