Hey y’all!! (said with some extra "awl")
I am a Certified Hakomi Somatic (read: body-centered) Practitioner, trained-in-Spain Holistic Nutritionist, astrology nerd, teacher, and food lover. I created Liminal Sōma to offer nourishing support that leads you back to yourself because…I needed it, too.
The work I do combines so much of what I want to offer the world: healing, health, and the ability to feel more at ease in your own skin. That’s what I want for you, because that is what these practices have given me. I am committed to healing, both personally and collectively, and the penguin strategy – a world where we keep each other safe and warm.
I have been deeply shaped by my upbringing in the American South; Savannah and the lowcountry still have a good chunk of my heart. Another good chunk is spread across the world, to all the places I’ve seen and lived (love to talk travel!), and the people I’ve known.
Currently I’m rooted in Asheville, North Carolina, enamored (with the remaining chunk) by the beauty of the Blue Ridge mountains and the community I’ve found here.
When I’m not looking to the stars or supporting clients, I support cross-sector collaborations that center social good, sustainable development, and equity in multilingual, multicultural environments. And, when given the opportunity to choose pure joy, you can find me in nature, diving on a volleyball court, or snuggled up with the loves of my life (🐈🐈)
